Retail

Multi-site retail facility monitoring.

Hundreds of sites managed like one. M360 watches rooftop units, refrigeration and lighting across every store and tells you which site needs a truck, and why, before a store manager calls.

The challenge

What makes these buildings different.

Many small sites

Every store has a few rooftop units and a little refrigeration, and nobody on site who knows controls.

Truck rolls add up

Vendors are dispatched without knowing what's wrong, and return trips cost twice.

Schedules drift

Stores run lights and HVAC outside opening hours after a holiday or a schedule change.

How M360 helps

Know which store needs a truck, and why.

M360 sits above the systems you already run. It does not replace your building automation system or your CMMS.

PriorityWhat M360 does
Rooftop unitsPulse watches every unit and flags developing faults with the evidence, ranked by risk across all stores
RefrigerationCoolers and freezers watched around the clock
SchedulesStore hours drive HVAC and lighting, with exceptions flagged
VendorsFindings with the evidence and the next step, so the first truck brings the right part

Systems M360 connects

Read what you already have.

Start with the free readiness check. Every system and point list is confirmed in the full building assessment.

  • Rooftop units
  • Thermostats and controllers (any brand)
  • Walk-in coolers and freezers
  • Lighting
  • Energy meters
  • Store schedules
  • CMMS / work orders

Questions

What multi-site retail teams ask.

Our stores don't have a full BAS. Does that matter?

No. Many stores only have thermostats. MIS can add a small controller or gateway where needed, and the assessment tells you the cost first.

Can our service vendors use it?

Yes. Findings come with the evidence and the next step, and contractors can become Meistro Certified Integrators.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. M360 does not require a long-term contract.

Can we start small?

Yes. Take the free readiness check, then start with one building or a few pieces of equipment. Five founding customers can run M360 free for 90 days on up to ten pieces of equipment.
