Facility assessment

Two ways to see what M360 would do for your buildings.

No long-term contract. No commitment to request either one.

Start with the free online readiness check in about five minutes. When you want the full picture, the MIS team runs a full building assessment of the systems you own.

Full building assessment

How the full assessment works.

Led by Thomas J. Gooch, Chief Implementing Officer. We work remotely from Tampa Bay and come on site when the job needs it, anywhere.

1 · Kickoff

We learn the portfolio

Your buildings, the systems in them, what keeps you up at night and what a good outcome looks like.

2 · Systems review

We look at what you own

Your building automation front end, point lists, drawings and maintenance history, with read-only access.

3 · Walkthrough

We see the critical spaces

Plant rooms, electrical rooms and the areas you care most about, on site or by video with your facilities lead.

4 · Findings and roadmap

We hand you the plan

A written report and a review meeting: what to connect first, what it takes, the risks we found and the savings worth going after.

What we need from you

Mostly things you already have.

Nothing here requires new hardware or changes to your systems.

  • A list of buildings with size, use and the main systems in each.
  • Read-only access to the building automation front end, or exported point lists.
  • Drawings and documents where they exist: as-builts, sequences of operation, submittals.
  • Twelve months of utility bills for the buildings in scope.
  • Maintenance history: work orders or a CMMS export, plus any known problem equipment.
  • A facilities contact for the walkthrough and questions.

What you get

The MIS Facility Intelligence Assessment.

Yours to keep whether or not you go further with MIS.

  1. Inventory: every system you own and how it is connected today
  2. Integration opportunities: what M360 can read from each system and what it would add
  3. Operational risks: single points of failure and critical equipment to watch
  4. Energy and maintenance savings: the opportunities worth going after, and how we would measure them
  5. M360 roadmap: what to connect first, the hardware it takes, and an estimate for each phase

Questions

What owners ask about the assessment.

What does it cost?

The online readiness check is free. The full building assessment is quoted up front, based on the number of buildings and systems, and agreed before any work starts.

Who does the work?

Thomas J. Gooch, Chief Implementing Officer, leads every assessment with the MIS engineering team.

Do you change anything in our systems?

No. We only read. Nothing is written to your building automation system during the assessment.

Will you sign our NDA?

Yes. We sign your NDA, use read-only accounts and handle documents as described on our Security page.

Where do you work?

Anywhere. We're based in Tampa Bay, Florida, do most of the review remotely and come on site when the job needs it.

What happens after?

If you want to go further, the roadmap becomes the scope of a proposal or a founding customer pilot. There is no long-term contract with M360. If not, you keep the report.
