Founding customer pilot
Prove it on your buildings first.
Free · 90 days · up to 10 pieces of equipment · 5 founding customers
MIS is a new company, and we would rather show you than tell you. Five founding customers can run M360 free for 90 days on up to ten pieces of equipment, against success measures agreed up front.
How the pilot works
Defined scope. Agreed measures. A clear decision at the end.
- Readiness check or assessment first: so the pilot targets the right buildings and equipment
- Agree the scope and the measures: up to ten pieces of equipment, and what success looks like: for example faults found before failure, comfort complaints, response time or peak demand
- Connect in monitor-only mode: M360 reads your systems; nothing is automated unless you approve a playbook
- Run for 90 days: with a short review every week and a written summary every month
- Decide: continue on M360, with no long-term contract, or stop. If you stop, we remove the connection and return or delete your data

Is it a fit?
Who the pilot is for.
Critical buildings
Headquarters, operations centers, data rooms and sites where downtime is expensive.
An existing BAS
Any manufacturer. M360 works above what you already own.
Anywhere
We connect remotely from Tampa Bay, Florida, and come on site when the job needs it.
Questions
What owners ask about the pilot.
What does the pilot cost?
Nothing. The pilot is free for 90 days on up to ten pieces of equipment.
Do we have to buy hardware?
Often not. If a gateway or controller is needed to read a system, we tell you what it costs before you agree to anything.
Can the pilot change our building?
Not without your approval. The pilot starts in monitor-only mode. Any automation runs only through a playbook your facilities team approves, with limits.
What if it doesn't work for us?
You stop at the end of the pilot. We remove the connection and return or delete your data.
What happens if we continue?
You move to M360 with no long-term contract, and the equipment in the pilot keeps running without a gap.
Why only five customers?
So the founders and engineers can work closely with each one. Quality matters more than volume at this stage.
