Healthcare

Healthcare facility monitoring for air, comfort and critical power.

Hospitals, medical office buildings and clinics can't let air handling, temperature, humidity or emergency power drift. M360 watches them together and tells the right people early, with the evidence.

The challenge

What makes these buildings different.

Air you can't let drift

Pressure relationships, air changes, temperature and humidity matter clinically, and they drift quietly when dampers stick or filters load.

Equipment that can't fail

Chillers, boilers, air handlers, medical refrigeration and generators all have to be ready around the clock.

Small teams, big campuses

Facilities staff cover many systems across buildings, nights and weekends, with alarms that don't say what to do.

How M360 helps

Find the drift before staff or patients feel it.

M360 sits above the systems you already run. It does not replace your building automation system or your CMMS.

PriorityWhat M360 does
Air handlingPulse watches air handlers, dampers, filters and terminal units and flags developing faults with the evidence
Temperature and humidityTrends and alerts for the spaces you choose, with who was told and when
Critical powerGenerators, transfer switches and UPS on one live view, with every event recorded
RecordsEvery finding, alert, approval and action is logged, so you can show what happened and when
WorkFindings become work orders with the next step, instead of another alarm

Questions

What healthcare facility teams ask.

Is M360 a medical device or a compliance system?

No. M360 is a building operations platform. It helps your team see and record what the building systems are doing; your compliance program stays yours.

Can M360 change settings in clinical areas?

Only through playbooks your facilities team approves, with limits. Many teams keep clinical spaces in monitor-and-alert mode.

Does patient data go into M360?

No. M360 works with building system data. It doesn't need or collect patient information.

Can we start small?

Yes. Take the free readiness check, then start with one building or a few pieces of equipment. Five founding customers can run M360 free for 90 days on up to ten pieces of equipment.
