Data centers & mission critical
Data center monitoring for cooling and critical power.
Cooling, power and redundancy watched as one system, so a drifting CRAH, a UPS on battery or a transfer switch that didn't move gets attention before it becomes an outage.
The challenge
What makes these buildings different.
Redundancy you can't see
N+1 and 2N designs only protect you if every path is actually ready. A failed standby unit is invisible until it's needed.
Cooling that drifts
CRAC and CRAH units fight each other, filters load and setpoints creep. The first sign is often a hot aisle.
Power events move fast
Utility loss, transfer, generator start and UPS hand-off happen in seconds. You need the sequence, not just the alarm.
How M360 helps
One view of cooling, power and the people responsible.
M360 sits above the systems you already run. It does not replace your building automation system or your CMMS.
| Priority | What M360 does |
|---|---|
| Cooling health | Pulse watches supply and return temperatures and run status and flags units fighting each other or drifting |
| Critical power | Live view of utility, transfer switches, generators and UPS, with the sequence recorded when anything changes |
| Readiness | Standby equipment checked continuously, not just on test day |
| Who is told | Alerts routed by role and time of day, with the evidence attached |
| Audit and change control | Every automated action and approval is logged with who, what and when |

Read what you already have.
Start with the free readiness check. Every system and point list is confirmed in the full building assessment.
- Building automation (any brand)
- CRAC / CRAH units
- Chillers and cooling towers
- UPS

- Transfer switches
- PDUs and meters
- Environmental sensors
- CMMS / work orders
Questions
What data center teams ask.
Does M360 replace our DCIM?
No. DCIM manages IT capacity and assets. M360 watches the facility side, cooling and critical power, and can sit alongside your DCIM.
Can M360 make changes to cooling or power equipment?
Only through playbooks your team approves, with limits on what each can change. You can also keep M360 in monitor-and-alert mode for power equipment.
Where is our data hosted?
M360 runs on Amazon Web Services. Data handling is agreed with your security team; see Security.
Can we start small?
Yes. Take the free readiness check, then start with one building or a few pieces of equipment. Five founding customers can run M360 free for 90 days on up to ten pieces of equipment.
