Corporate campuses

Run every campus building to how people use it.

Hybrid work means floors and rooms sit empty on some days and full on others. M360 uses badge counts and room bookings to condition the spaces people use, and backs off the ones they don't.

The challenge

What makes these buildings different.

Empty floors, full HVAC

Buildings still run to fixed schedules while occupancy changes day by day.

Booked but empty rooms

Conference rooms are cooled for meetings that never happen.

Critical spaces too

Labs, data rooms and executive areas need tighter control than the rest of the campus.

How M360 helps

Condition the spaces people use. Back off the rest.

M360 sits above the systems you already run. It does not replace your building automation system or your CMMS.

PriorityWhat M360 does
OccupancyBadge and people counts per floor drive setpoints and ventilation, within limits you approve
RoomsBooked-but-empty rooms are set back automatically until someone walks in
Critical spacesTighter monitoring and alerts for the spaces that need it
EnergyBuilding-by-building power and demand, so you can see what occupancy changes are worth
PrivacyCounts, never identities: M360 uses numbers of people, not who they are

Systems M360 connects

Read what you already have.

Start with the free readiness check. Every system and point list is confirmed in the full building assessment.

  • Building automation (any brand)
  • Air handlers and VAV boxes
  • Room scheduling
  • Badge / access control
  • People counters
  • Lighting
  • Energy meters
  • CMMS / work orders

Questions

What corporate real estate teams ask.

Does M360 track individual employees?

No. It uses counts from badges, counters and room bookings, never identities.

Will automation fight our comfort settings?

Every playbook has limits you approve, for example 70–78 °F, and anything outside a playbook goes to a person.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. M360 does not require a long-term contract.

Can we start small?

Yes. Take the free readiness check, then start with one building or a few pieces of equipment. Five founding customers can run M360 free for 90 days on up to ten pieces of equipment.
